Reviews:
You are definitely a writer. Your story flows; your dialogue is realistic; you have all your plot lines connected with no loose ends; your descriptions are excellent making you see the characters or surroundings without bogging you down. Your characters were real people to me. You pulled it all together and delivered an excellent read. Your writing is better than many published Christian writers I've read and you show maturity in your understanding of human nature. I'm impressed! God has definitely given you the ability to write. You'll be published one day. - Susan Smith
How do you comment on such a profound and moving book? The Starfish is a book that could change lives by its relevant telling of a well thought-out plot. The characters are very believable, and the way their lives come together is amazing. I really didn't want to put this down, a page-turner that absolutely entwines you in the lives of each character. Beyond entertaining, after reading The Starfish, I simply need some time to myself to gather my thoughts and take in the depth and meaning of this profound novel. - Robbie Ferguson
. . . indeed a stunning and mysterious [novel] and above all a tear jerker at the end. I mean that with all sincerity, I was on the edge of my seat, chair, lounger at 6:00 AM reading and so engrossed into it that I hated to put it down. I don't read a lot of books, but now that I expect to have more free time I will be interested in doing so. Please continue [writing] and keep up the great work. Thanks again for making it a reading pleasure. - Ben Proulx
Oh my heavens, can I say that you are THE BEST WRITER that I have ever read anything by, I keep forgetting that you're the one who wrote it! Me and my mom are like this having discussions: "I bet this is what's gonna happen next! OH I think this is who he is!" Hahah - I can say nothing but good things about your writing! Thank you for the privilege of reading such a wonderful book, this will go extremely far. I can't wait to see how many things God has in store for you!!! - Lauren Ballantyne |
